The Puente y Ganas Awards Ceremony is a powerful and heartfelt gathering dedicated to recognizing Sonoma County leaders who are making extraordinary contributions to uplift and advance the Latinx community. These individuals and organizations embody what it means to build bridges (puentes) and bring the will and determination (ganas) needed to drive equity, representation, and progress in our region.

New this year: In response to thoughtful feedback from our members and attendees, we are shifting the Puente y Ganas Awards to a dedicated breakfast ceremony that puts our award recipients at the very center. By refining the format, we are creating the space and intention to fully honor the honorees’ stories, achievements, and leadership — without the distractions of auctions, entertainment, or marketplaces.

The 2024 Puente y Ganas Awards Ceremony builds on the incredible momentum of past sold-out events, where we gathered over 450 guests and raised more than $50,000 to launch our Access Ticket Fund — a resource that continues to create pathways for youth, students, and community members to participate in Los Cien programs and events year-round.

We look forward to welcoming you to a more focused, moving, and mission-centered celebration — one that truly reflects the spirit of ganas and the power of puentes in action.
