Ana Horta brings a wealth of experience and Latine passion. She is currently the Community Relations Director at AgeWell. As an immigrant, she embodies the spirit of resilience and determination that is so integral to our Latinx community. With over a decade of dedicated service to vulnerable populations in Sonoma County, Ana has demonstrated her commitment to pushing for equity and reducing disparities. Ana is not only a social worker but also a creative and multilingual woman, bringing a unique perspective to her work.

Her involvement in various committees and commissions, including the Sonoma County Equity Community Group and the North Bay Regional Center Board of Director’s Cultural and Linguistic Competence Committee, highlights her dedication to creating positive change at both the local and regional levels.

Ana has been a bridge-builder throughout her career, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to collaborate and work towards a more equitable and peaceful Sonoma County.
